Each project typically begins by meeting with the designer and customer to review and discuss the plans, materials and budget (including cost saving opportunities).

Steve then works directly with the customer and ensures he or she is pleased with the quality and service that he and his crew are providing. Steve is patient and insists that each job is completed to perfection (he doesn’t believe in cutting corners).
